Introduction

This multi-functional horizontal shaker is designed for small-volume reagent mixing and cell culture. It is widely used in biological and chemical reactions, cell culture, fermentation, hybridization, and enzyme/cell tissue research, such as electrophoresis gel fixation, staining, decolorization, and bacterial culture.

Principle

The equipment adopts a motor as the power source to drive the transmission parts. By producing horizontal swirling movement on the platform, it achieves standard operations such as sample homogenization, decolorization and incubation.

The multi-functional horizontal shaker features a compact, delicate design with adjustable speed control. ST models with digital timing allow work time setting and direct speed display. Equipped with a DC motor, it ensures smooth start-up and low noise, with simple operation and quick response.

1. During the working process of the instrument, avoid any object touching the shaking table, so as not to damage the internal motion mechanism and other mechanical components.

2. The instrument is prohibited from moving during operation.

3. When the instrument is working, keep the desktop flat. When cleaning the instrument, the power supply should be disconnected first.

4. When the machine is working at high speed, it should be supervised by a special person, and do not stack heavy objects on the worktable.

Regular lubrication is required for all moving parts of the shaker to reduce friction. Apply a small amount of suitable lubricating oil to bearings and sliding tracks. When storing the equipment, keep it in a dry environment to prevent metal rust caused by moisture. If the shaker will be left unused for a long time, it is recommended to power it on and run it for several minutes every month, so as to keep the motor and electronic components in good working condition.
