The circular water bath nitrogen evaporator uses inert gases such as nitrogen to rapidly, controllably and continuously blow onto the surface of the sample to achieve rapid oxygen-free concentration of the sample solution. This method is characterized by time-saving, convenience and accuracy. It is widely used in fields such as food safety, medicine, pesticide residue detection, and clinical pharmacokinetics.
Feature
1. The gas needle channels on the distribution chamber can be used in combination or individually, and each gas needle can be switched on and off independently. The height of the distribution chamber is adjustable as required.
2. The gas flow rate of each channel can be adjusted separately to meet different user needs. Meanwhile, it overcomes the shortcoming of uneven gas flow rates among different gas paths in non-adjustable nitrogen blowers.
3. The self-balancing suspended lifting mechanism features an ingenious design, enabling more flexible height adjustment of the distribution chamber.
4. Digital display with PID control.
5. All components that may come into contact with solvents are made of 304 stainless steel, ensuring a long service life and easy cleaning.
6. The whole instrument can be placed inside a fume hood for operation.
7. The commonly applicable aperture of heating tubes ranges from φ11mm to φ29mm; users can order special apertures and specifications in advance for customized requirements.
