This advanced COD digestion reactor is specially developed for pretreatment and chemical oxygen demand testing of water samples in laboratory scenarios. It adopts premium microcrystalline heating panel as the core heating component, which can withstand high temperature up to 800°C, featuring outstanding thermal stability and long service lifespan.

The microcrystalline heating platform delivers evenly distributed surface temperature, effectively avoiding local overheating and temperature deviation during experiments. With rapid heating and natural cooling characteristics, it shortens instrument preheating time and post-test cooling period, greatly improving working efficiency for continuous batch sample processing.

Inside the device, high-temperature resistant ceramic fiber heating disc is adopted as the heat source. The optimized structural design effectively reduces heat dissipation loss from the base and shell, forming a balanced and stable temperature field across the entire working area. It can steadily maintain the constant temperature environment required for COD digestion reactions.

  1. The microcrystalline panel has a smooth flat surface for easy daily cleaning; surface contamination can be simply wiped off to reduce improper operation damage.
  2. Matched with customized glass reflux tube and optimized heat dissipation system, it ensures ideal digestion and reflux effect as well as high parallelism of sample test data.
  3. Built-in digital temperature display, adjustable temperature range: 100°C–330°C.
  4. Digestion time digitally displayed, adjustable range from 0 to 180 minutes.
  5. When digestion is completed, the heating system stops automatically with indicator off and buzzer reminder. The cooling fan will continue running for 120 minutes for delayed cooling before automatic shutdown.
  6. Energy and water saving design, safe and stable operation, effectively lifting laboratory testing efficiency.
