Portable PH Tester

The PHB-1 Portable pH Tester is an intelligent electrochemical measuring instrument designed based on the potentiometric analysis principle. Its working mechanism is mainly as follows: when the pH indicator electrode (such as a glass electrode) and the reference electrode (such as a saturated calomel electrode) are immersed together in the test solution, a chemical galvanic cell is formed. Since the membrane potential of the indicator electrode changes with the hydrogen ion activity in the solution, the total electromotive force of the cell directly reflects the acidity and alkalinity of the solution.

The core components of the instrument adopt high-quality imported integrated circuits screened by long-term aging treatment and are manufactured under strict craftsmanship, ensuring stable working status and reliable repeatability of the instrument in various environments. The operation panel is reasonably laid out with clearly defined keys. The PHB-1 supports both pH and mV measurement, covering conventional analytical requirements from strong acid to strong alkali ranges.

It adopts manual temperature compensation. Users can adjust the compensator according to the actual liquid temperature to eliminate the temperature influence on electrode slope and guarantee accurate measurement results at different temperatures. Featuring simple operation, compact and lightweight design, it can be held with one hand, especially suitable for field sampling, workshop patrol inspection and mobile detection between different laboratories.
