Introduction

Principle
The power of oil-free diaphragm vacuum pump usually comes from the motor. When the motor rotates, the connecting rod is driven by the eccentric wheel mechanism, and the connecting rod drives a flexible diaphragm for reciprocating motion.
When the diaphragm moves to one side, the volume of the pump chamber increases, the internal pressure decreases, and a local vacuum is formed. At this time, the intake valve opens and the gas is sucked into the pump chamber.
When the diaphragm moves to the other side, the volume of the pump chamber decreases and the internal pressure increases. At this time, the intake valve is closed, the exhaust valve is opened, and the compressed gas is discharged from the pump chamber.
During the whole process, the gas is only in contact with the pump chamber, valve and diaphragm, and no lubricating oil is involved, thus ensuring the purity of the gas.

Usage Note
1. Do not start with pressure. It is forbidden to pump the liquid into the pump. It is recommended to add a buffer bottle.
2. When the positive / negative pressure dual-purpose pump is used, it cannot be used at the same time.
3. Continuous boot does not exceed 30 minutes.
4. The connecting pipe can not enter the dust, keep the pipe clean.
5. Connection pipe Long pipe end connection pumping interface, short pipe end connection inflatable interface, do not connect the reverse interface.
6. The pump is not suitable for the extraction of corrosive to ferrous metals, the pump oil chemical reaction, containing particulate dust gas, and oxygen is too high, explosive toxic gases. Moreover, it cannot be used as a transmission pump (i.e., pumping from one container to another).
