Introduction

Based on the traditional water bath, the super constant temperature water bath is upgraded with water circulation and cooling systems. Principle

The principle of the super constant temperature water bath is as follows: heat is provided by the heating component to raise the water temperature, and the temperature control system monitors the water temperature in real time. It compares the detected actual temperature with the preset temperature, and flexibly adjusts the heating power according to the comparison result, so as to keep the water temperature constant and stable.

1. Always fill with water prior to use. Never run the unit dry. Ensure the water reaches the marked level before powering on.

2. Avoid overfilling the water tank to prevent spillage.

3. The power outlet must have proper, functional grounding.

4. Operate the equipment in a dry, well-ventilated location. Maintain a 30mm clearance around the rear and side panels from obstructions.

5. After use, turn off the power, disconnect the plug, drain all water, wipe the unit completely dry with a cloth, and store it in a cool, dry, ventilated area.

2. When the water is injected, the water cannot be flowed into the control box to prevent electric shock. After use, the water in the box should be released in time and wiped clean, so as to maintain cleanliness and prolong the service life.

3. Before adding water, cut things to turn on the power supply, and in the process of use, the water level must be higher than the baffle, do not have water or the water level is lower than the baffle heating, otherwise it will damage the heating pipe.

4. The water tank should be placed on a fixed platform, the power supply voltage of the instrument should be 220V, the power socket should be installed with three holes, and the ground wire must be installed.

5. If the constant temperature control fails, the silver contact on the controller can be polished with a fine sand cloth to work.

6. Add water should not be too much, so as not to boil when the water overflow outside the pot.
