FAQ
Q: Is there any rule about running the machine without materials?
A: Never start the device when it is idling. Make sure the feed inlet at the bottom of the working head is fully submerged in the test liquid before powering it on. Running the unit with no liquid inside will cause severe friction during high-speed operation, which will burn out the bearings and mechanical seals.
Q: What should we pay attention to when using the timer function?
A: High-speed shearing for a long time will generate plenty of heat. If your samples are sensitive to temperature, use an ice water bath or other cooling methods. Do not let the machine run continuously for too long, so as to prevent the motor from overheating and the materials from going bad.
Q: What requirements do we have for liquid level during operation?
A: Keep the working head at a proper distance from the bottom and side walls of the container. The liquid level must stay above the stator holes of the working head. Improper liquid level will lead to liquid splashing or insufficient material feeding.
