Ⅳ. Equipment Installation
1. Selection of working environment shall comply with the following requirements:
- (1) The working area shall be kept clean, dry, and well-ventilated. Place the instrument away from direct sunlight.
- (2) The instrument shall be placed on a level and stable workbench or floor.
- (3) Do not use the instrument in areas with explosion hazards, high humidity, or heavy dust.
- (4) Keep the instrument away from objects or equipment that are magnetic or can generate magnetic fields.
2. Installation:
- (1) After unpacking, remove all packaging materials and check whether the instrument has been damaged during transport.
- (2) Place the mixer on a level, clean workbench.
- (3) Connect one end of the power cord.
V. Equipment Operation
Function key: Press to switch between speed and time settings.
Increase/Decrease key: In the respective setting mode, adjust speed or time values by pressing the increase or decrease key.
Start/Stop key: After setting speed and time, press this key to start operation; press again during operation to stop.
Operating Procedure
Evenly place sample containers onto the module and ensure they are securely fixed without wobbling.
Turn on the instrument power switch.
Press the Function key to enter speed setting, then press Increase or Decrease until the desired speed is reached. Press the Function key again to enter time setting, then adjust with Increase/Decrease to the required time. After both settings are done, press Start/Stop to begin operation; press Start/Stop again to stop.
After use, stop the instrument, turn off the power switch, and disconnect the power cord.
VI. Maintenance and Care
- When not in use for an extended period, disconnect power and store the instrument in a dry, clean, room-temperature, and stable environment.
- Keep dry and away from rain, moisture, and corrosive liquids.
- Do not use or store the instrument in dusty or dirty places for long periods.
- Do not store the instrument in extremely hot or cold locations.
- Before maintenance, clean the equipment thoroughly and ensure no materials posing health hazards remain.
- If repair is needed, repack the equipment in its original packaging; if original packaging is inadequate, use suitable transport packaging.
- Always disconnect power before maintenance or cleaning.
