• Daily inspection: Check the bearing temperature before each start-up, whether there is abnormal noise, and clean up the dust and slurry residue outside the bearing seat every week.

• Regular lubrication maintenance:

1. Grease lubricated bearings: Every running 500 ~ 800 hours to add a grease, every 2000 hours to replace all grease, it is recommended to choose high temperature resistance, water resistance of lithium grease ( such as GB / T 7324 standard No.2 lithium grease )

2. Oil-lubricated bearings: Every 1000 hours of operation to replace the lubricating oil, the need to use the equipment speed requirements of the industrial gear oil.

• In-depth maintenance: Every 6000 ~ 8000 hours of operation, disassemble and check the wear of the bearing, replace the bearing with excessive wear, and check whether the sealing parts of the bearing seat are aged and damaged, and replace the slurry in time to prevent the slurry from entering the bearing cavity.
