The JB-SF flat plate bracket series dispersator is a compact, economical device developed for basic mixing, dispersion and homogenization operations. It delivers stable performance with low noise output, making it well suited for teaching labs, sample preparation and routine material testing.

 

1. The unit adopts a manual spring lifting structure, enabling simple and steady height adjustment for different working conditions.

2. A frequency conversion motor drives the system, with adjustable speed controlled by a digital panel. The operation interface is intuitive and supports stable speed output.

3. The dispersion disc and grinding accessory are fixed firmly on the stirring shaft for direct power transmission.

4. The stainless steel mixing tank with double clamps provides reliable fixation. The jacketed structure supports water circulation for temperature control.

The dispersator operates on the combination of fluid dynamics and mechanical stirring. When the device starts up, the motor drives the stirring shaft to rotate at high speed. The stirring blades or rotor generate strong shear force and turbulence in the liquid, enabling materials to achieve uniform mixing in a short time.

1. It is strictly prohibited to carry out bearing maintenance operation under the running state of the equipment, and the power supply must be cut off and the maintenance warning sign must be suspended.

2. When replacing bearings, the original matching model should be used to avoid the use of inferior bearings to aggravate wear.

3. For the disperser used under high temperature conditions, special grease with higher temperature resistance grade should be selected, and the maximum temperature resistance should reach more than 150℃.
