This beer turbidity meter is fitted with a professional optical system, equipped with tungsten lamp light source, together with 90-degree scattered light detector and transmitted light detector for joint detection. Built-in microprocessor can accurately calculate the signal ratio from the two detectors. This ratio calculation method effectively eliminates interference caused by sample color and light-absorbing substances, offsets errors resulted from light intensity fluctuation, and keeps long-term calibration stability.
Controlled by microcomputer, the instrument is fitted with easy-to-use keys and LCD backlight display for simple and intuitive operation. Adopting proportional scattered light measuring method, it automatically avoids measurement errors caused by light source aging and cuvette contamination. Its resolution reaches up to 0.01 NTU, making it ideal for low turbidity sample testing.
It is equipped with independent automatic LED light source control circuit to ensure stable light output. Users can start testing directly after power on with no preheating needed, and the light source enjoys long service life. The device stores full-range calibration curves inside, and features power-off protection to prevent calibration data loss. It supports automatic zero setting and 5-point automatic calibration, as well as data non-linear processing and data smoothing functions to further improve test accuracy.
Matched with flat and smooth rectangular optical glass cuvettes, the instrument delivers good repeatability and higher accuracy in low turbidity measurement. It supports automatic reading balance and fixed-interval data collection to ensure stable test results. The average measurement mode can be activated quickly to obtain accurate data in short time, which is suitable for testing unstable water samples. The built-in clock storage system enables long-term saving and quick recall of calibration records and measured data.
With precise optical path, reliable positioning structure and effective color compensation function, the meter can directly display EBC turbidity values.
