Perform timely maintenance after every use, including cuvette cleaning, instrument surface cleaning and functional self-inspection.
Cuvette
Rinse 3 to 5 times with distilled water after testing. For oil stains and sediments, soak and clean with diluted hydrochloric acid or neutral detergent. Wipe dry with a soft cloth, place upside down to air dry, and store in a dedicated case to prevent collision and scratches.
Instrument Surface
Remove dust with a dry cloth; use absolute ethanol for stubborn stains. Strongly corrosive solvents are prohibited. When cleaning buttons, prevent liquid from seeping in to avoid short circuits.
Function Check
Power on and run self-test with no error alerts and normal light source operation. Perform blank test with distilled water, keeping the blank value ≤ 0.1 NTU. Clean and troubleshoot in a timely manner if any abnormality occurs.
