product key technologies

The WGZ-AS and WGZ-BS benchtop turbidity meters adopt the classic scattered light principle as the core measurement basis, delivering professional and high-precision turbidity detection for liquid samples. To keep measurement results in line with international general specifications, each benchtop turbidity meter is calibrated with globally recognized Formazin standard solution, ensuring standardized traceability and outstanding consistency of every test data.
This benchtop turbidity meter is a high-end device, but what really stands out is its linear response across the whole turbidity range. Whether you're testing low-turbidity purified water or medium-turbidity circulating water, the optical reading stays steady, giving you accurate and repeatable results. The operation is pretty straightforward too-no complicated setup, so lab staff don't need a lot of training to use it.
It's a good fit for fixed installation in professional water quality labs, especially for daily testing or running batches of samples. You can use it in water treatment plants, reclaimed water facilities, swimming pool water recycling systems, and even for quality control in food and beverage production.
Tailored for professional water laboratory construction and daily inspection work, the instrument features stable long-term operation performance and strong anti-interference capability. It can sensitively identify tiny suspended particles in water, accurately reflect water turbidity changes, and provide authoritative data support for water quality evaluation, process parameter adjustment and compliance acceptance. This benchtop turbidity meter is built to handle these demanding tasks without drift.
With standardized calibration, intelligent measurement, simple operation and wide industry adaptability, it has become an indispensable basic testing instrument for water quality laboratories, helping all relevant institutions realize scientific and standardized water quality turbidity management. The benchtop turbidity meter, in its WGZ-AS and WGZ-BS variants, delivers exactly that.

FAQ
Q: Why are the turbidimeter readings unstable?
A: Unstable readings of a turbidimeter are not necessarily caused by faults of the instrument itself. Improper operation can also lead to fluctuating measurements. If the liquid sample contains excessive air bubbles, the test values will be affected. Therefore, always wait until all bubbles dissipate before conducting turbidity measurement.
Another cause of unstable readings is liquid clinging to the sample cup during sample transfer. When droplets remain inside the cup or on its outer wall, light scattering will be interfered with, resulting in inaccurate test results. To solve this problem, wipe the sample cup thoroughly with filter paper prior to measurement.
Q: What are the solutions when the power indicator light goes out?
A: Check whether the power plug is fully inserted and the socket makes good contact. Try changing the socket or re-plugging the power cord. Replace the fuse if it is blown.
